Studio 60 Given Full Season!
It's a happy week! First we take over the House and Senate, now America is given a second chance at intelligent and poignant drama!
Despite all the cancellation rumors, Studio 60 has been given a full 22 episode order and I'm frakkin' excited! We'll get to see more Crazy Christians, and we'll be able to start tracking the baby bump on Amanda Peet.

I wonder if the two happenings weren't a coincidence seeing the show plays better in Blue States. But get too happy because if something happens to Bush and Cheney that means President Nancy Pelosi and that's much more scarier than Lame Duck Bush.
And about the senate, I thought it is 49-49 with two indepenants. Unless I'm missing something, that's a tie. Not that all those party rules make any sense to me.
Now I was kind of hoping that they would put the show on hiatus while the figure out Peet's pregency and find a better companion to the show (I wonder if Jordan's pow wow last week on what to match up the UN show with was someone a dig at NBC for not pairing it up better) then bring it back after the New Year. But at least this is way better than being canceled.
