So You Think You Can Dance Finale Tonight!

God can you believe the finale is tonight? I have good news and bad news my friends. The good news is that well... THE FINALE IS TONIGHT! The bad news is that come tomorrow morning we have to wait at least a month to see our favorite dancers again. At least this time it will be LIVE on stage for the tour!

Remember, I am looking for SYTYCD Tour Correspondents all across the country. So far we have 5 cities covered but there are plenty more to go. If you are a fan living in Seattle and will be attending the first stop on the tour, I would love for you to write up a post about the show and send in some pics. Please contact me asap. That goes for anyone attending any show in any city...

Tonight's the night. After a pop-music extravaganza is unleashed with Ciara performing her single “Get Up” and Black Eyed Pea Fergie belting out “London Bridge,” a winner will be crowned. As an added bonus for their efforts, the dancer supreme will walk away with $100,000, a new car and a one-year contract with Celine Dion's Las Vegas show, A New Day. Not too bad a haul for a summer job. — Anthony Layser

The time has come to crown the season two winner of "So You Think You Can Dance," and it certainly seems like more people are invested in the outcome this time 'round. Does anyone even remember Nick Lazzarini? I digress. As the two-hour special begins, we'll be treated to an encore of last Wednesday's performance episode. At 9 p.m., the live (on the East Coast) finale begins, in which host Cat Deeley will crown the winner of a year's contract gig in Celine Dion's Vegas spectacular "A New Day." But -- like "American Idol" -- you'll have to sit through some special guest performances by the likes of Ciara and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie before the announcement.

Okay so I was looking for more and realized that most other outlets had the same "press release" listing as Zap2it. Oh well...
