Yes, Oh Wait... (The Office)

So NBC announced yesterday that The Office has been renewed for next season (its 3rd) and I was so damned exciting! Then this has to happen (I'm with ya Pam, its upsetting):

EARL, OFFICE SIDELINED: You knew there had to be a catch, right? NBC recently announced that it had renewed both My Name Is Earl and The Office for another season. The latter laffer, however, will wrap up its current run in March, says the New York Post, as Golden Globe winner Steve Carell takes time off to shoot the film sequel Evan Almighty.
